Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People’s Committee, Hoang Nam, on July 29, approved a community development project for the period 2024-2028, with more than VND9 billion (US$360,000) funded by Children of Vietnam.
The project will focus on building and repairing classrooms of some schools in mountainous areas, assisting children with disabilities and students in challenging circumstances, and installing water filtration systems in the schools.
Nam expressed hopes that this initiative will enhance educational facilities, improve the quality of education, and create better conditions for students facing difficulties in Quang Tri Province.
