The opening ceremony titled “Connect the rhythms of time” is scheduled to take place at Hien Luong – Ben Hai special national relic. The program is a well-prepared arts performance performed by famous domestic and international artists. The historic Hien Luong Bridge connects the North-South axis of the Ben Hai River, and the music stage integrates various areas on the bank and below the river.
With its unique musical experience that demonstrates the power of love and unites people, the music exchange program “Peaceful Melodies” is a unique artistic endeavor. The Quang Tri People’s Committee asked Thanh Nien Newspaper to sponsor the festival’s media and work with Quang Tri province to organize the Cycling Festival for Peace in order to successfully organize the Festival for Peace. It is anticipated that a large number of domestic and foreign cyclists will participate in the event, which will take place from the Special National Relic Area of the Hien Luong - Ben Hai Special National Relic to Truong Son National Martyrs Cemetery and Quang Tri Ancient Citadel.
