The Vinh Phuc Province People’s Committee on October 21 convened a business conference to support the establishment of a model cultural village.

At the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Duy Thanh stressed the imperative of translating into reality and efficiently executing Resolution No. 19, issued on March 16, 2023, by the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

This resolution pertains to the establishment of a “model cultural village” in Vinh Phuc by 2025. Subsequently, the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Council endorsed Resolutions No. 06 and 08 on May 5, 2023, which outline specific mechanisms to facilitate the construction of a model cultural village in Vinh Phuc, spanning from 2023 to 2030.
The approval of the project for a model cultural village’s development in the province signals the overarching objective of forging an environment in Vinh Phuc that is not only habitable but also marked by comprehensive and sustainable advancement in economic, cultural, social, environmental, and national defense and security domains.

Thanh added that the model cultural village represents an unprecedented approach, with people at its core, pursuing the overarching goal of ensuring that "All the people of Vinh Phuc enjoy the benefits of development."
Over the course of nine months dedicated to a model cultural village’s development in the province, the entire political apparatus, extending from the provincial level to grassroots organizations, has recognized this endeavor as a pivotal political mission.

“It contributes significantly to the successful fulfillment of the mandates set forth in the 17th Provincial Party Committee Resolution for the 2020-2025 term. The initiative has received enthusiastic support and active engagement from officials, party members, businesses, and the entire populace of the province, yielding a host of crucial initial achievements,” he said.
A pivotal aspect of the resolution is the fusion of cultural development with production organization for the populace, with a special emphasis on fostering collaboration between citizens and enterprises in the realm of economic progress, thereby increasing the income and welfare of the people.

This event also provides a valuable platform for localities and businesses to showcase their respective potentials and strengths, bolster their brands, and serve as intermediaries, bringing products from the model cultural villages in the province closer to businesses, markets, and consumers.
This demonstrates the unwavering commitment of provincial businesses to actively engage in the construction of a model cultural village, making a tangible contribution to the overall success of this important initiative in Vinh Phuc.
During this conference, businesses and representatives from local governments involved in the development of a model cultural village expressed their resolute determination and shared their vision for transforming Vinh Phuc Model Cultural Village into a contemporary, thriving, and all-encompassing community. Their collective aspiration is to promote sustainable growth in economic, cultural, social, environmental, and national defense and security realms while also preserving the local ecology and culture.
The production process necessitates the strategic adoption of scientific and technological advancements, especially those related to biotechnology, Industry 4.0 technology, and circular, organic practices. These innovations are integral in efficiently utilizing resources, regenerating them, and safeguarding the environment and ecosystem.

Fields, farms, fish ponds, and gardens, which are the foundation of people’s livelihoods, are managed using circular economy solutions to enhance production efficiency, quality, and environmental sustainability. This approach leads to an overall improvement in living conditions, exemplifying the vision of creating modern villages, promoting ecological agriculture, and cultivating a community of civilized farmers.

Moreover, participants at the conference discussed the challenges, and advantages, and made recommendations to ensure that businesses and individuals can harmonize their interests for mutual development.
